Space Committees
All space requests are taken in and evaluated by the Executive Administration Committee (EAC). The Space Working Group (SWG) and the Space Subcommittees include subject matter experts and space liaisons and provide recommendations to the EAC. All space assignments involving 3000+ ASF or more than 10 individual spaces must be approved by the EAC while smaller space assignments may be approved by the SWG as per its delegated authority.
The EAC, SWG, Academic Space Subcommittee (ASPS), and Research Space Subcommittee (RSS) will meet at regular intervals while the Public Space Subcommittee (PSS) and Auxiliary Enterprise & Administration Subcommittee (AEAS) meet on an ad-hoc basis.
